Driven by a desire to create a space where beauty, self-care, and genuine connection could coexist, Caity founded Mystic Moon Collective with a simple vision: to build a community where people feel seen, supported, and celebrated for exactly who they are. What began as a dream has grown into a collective of passionate artists and wellness professionals dedicated to helping every client feel confident, cared for, and at home.
Hi, I’m Caity - owner, founder, and the heart behind Mystic Moon Collective.
I've been a licensed beauty professional since 2012, but my love for this industry started long before that. Growing up, I was the friend doing everyone's nails at sleepovers and family gatherings. What began as a creative outlet quickly grew into a lifelong passion for helping people feel confident, cared for, and truly seen.
Over the years, my career has evolved from being behind the chair to leading a team of talented artists and building a space where both clients and service providers can thrive. While nail art will always have a special place in my heart, one of the most rewarding parts of my career today is mentoring and supporting our team as they grow in confidence, skill, and passion for their craft.
When I'm not at the salon, you'll usually find me spending time with my partner and our five children, getting creative with a new painting or craft project, enjoying family game nights, or making memories during our weekly one-on-one date nights with each of our kids. Our family also includes Lucy, our cat, and Lily, our Goldendoodle, who keep life just as entertaining as you'd imagine.
One of the biggest lessons I've learned as a business owner is that leadership requires both heart and boundaries. Building Mystic Moon has taught me how to support others while staying true to my vision, and I continue to learn and grow alongside the incredible team and community that make this dream possible.
